Pug at Lawrence Kansas Humane Society...

A friend of mine in Kansas and I have been emailing about a pug at the Humane Society in Lawrence Kansas. Here is some of the communication:

From my friend-

A friend sent me a picture of a pug puppy with just one eye that you just received. I have a friend that runs a large pug rescue group in Alaska (Pugs in Alaska). I told her about the pup last night and she wants to help find a home for it. She knows some pug rescue groups in the Midwest and will contact them. She wants a link but I don't see that you've got a picture up yet. I have one from the friend who received from a volunteer that was there last weekend. I will give her the link to your site but didn't know if there was a certain person to contact. We just want to help find the little one a forever home.

Anyone in the area who can give them a call? It sounds like they'd release her to a rescue if the application doesn't go thru. Dee is a tad confused about the name of the rescue up here, and who 'runs' it, but she has a big heart. She rescues greyhounds.

Oh man, Lawrence is where I lived during college, and I volunteered at that humane society. It's a really nice one (but small). I wish I knew someone who was still living there who wanted a pug!

Lawrence is a very good humane society! They will do everything they can to
help this baby. My grandson volunteers there often as his aunt Midge is the director.

Hey, remember my estranged husband who got pugged a few months ago when he met Juneau? He lives in Hutchinson, Kansas. I just called him and if he has the contact info, he will give them a call and make a run out! :)
