I've just started using this for Sam and Meesh as both have some anxiety issues. Thought I'd post a link or two that folks might find helpful

Thanks! I'll have to go back and read these tomorrow. I wonder if it would help Lucy at all with her spinning? May be overkill for her. I don't know. As she gets older though, I do worry more and more about the stress on her heart. It's certainly not constant at all but when she does it, she gets herself pretty worked up.

Well, Sam's anxiety is very situational--only when I'm out or he can't find me in the house. Meesh's is somewhat more generalized, but if the melatonin just takes the edge off, I'll be happy.

I think I've read somewhere that it helps with the loss of hair as well so I thought I'd give it a try with Gracie.

I am going to try this on Olive. She is up a lot at night pacing and sleeps all day. Even though I work at home, I can not be a 24 hr entertainment committee for her (although she thinks so).

Hey Blanche that first link takes me to a blog filled with spam links?

The second gives a lot of interest, thanks, though I will have to research more given that melatonin also governs pigmentation (not a problem for the pet owner of course but it might need to be taken into consideration for showdogs or breeding stock).
