BBBob Story

Post  Deanna on 1/8/2012, 4:26 pm

I just have to tell you all a cute story. I am sure Lisa will add to this when she sees it.

I asked Lisa to do a home visit for SEPRA that was in her neck of the woods. I told her it would be an easy one so she decided to take Bob with her. Well she gave me the report and all was good.

Then yesterday evening I got an email from the possible adopter. This is what he told me..LOL

I truly enjoyed meeting and talking with the Volunteer and especially Bob,
the pug. In fact, I am sorry and a little sad that I could not keep Bob. Bob
as a pug has the personality, disposition, and everything I feel a dog (pug)
should be.

So Bob has stole another heart and I think Lisa better keep an eye on BBBob because if not I think someone will definitely pugnap him in a heartbeat.

Isn't it funny that Lisa is only referred to as "The Volunteer" but Bob's name is mentioned three times? Laughing

Rona, I am really guilty of remembering pet's names and not humans. All the kids in my old neighborhood in Chicago referred to me as Pugsly and Taz's mom. I would so like to get Bob and Tinker together. Everyone who meets Tinker loves him.

I think that guy is definitely pugged since he remembered Bob's name and not Lisa's. Laughing

This is BBBob we're talking about! He was on leash the entire time. The gentleman's home was filled with breakables and I could just see Bob jumping from the sofa and landing right in the middle of the baby grand. Wink

But Bob does take his job as sample rescue pug very seriously. As for me, there's a lot worse I could be called. Razz

I am known in the apartment complex as "Penny's mom" and "the lady with white hair and the black pug." And, I agree, Lisa, there are many worse things that I could be called. Although I do sometimes feel like a potted plant at the other end of her leash.

I have missed BBBob stories! He is a pug I want to meet!

When people meet my pugs they love Rosco the most, which I find interesting because he doesn't have as much personality as Juneau and Zorro. I think the high energy of Juneau and Zorro irritates people. I love their energy!! Turbo is always passed over for the cute ones. I love my Turbo. He is a big baby but people don't see it unless they spend time around him.
