Update on the Merced pug!!

Michael got a call back from the shelter manager early this AM...they DO still have her and they will give her to rescue today! Yea!!! Michael said that their vet has several pugs and they have been treating her for dry eye...but it looks like it might be worse.

Michael is going to head down there this AM to pick her up...it's going to be a little longer journey for him since the Bay Bridge is closed.

Rescue saves the day - AGAIN. Thanks to all involved. Hope the old girl doesn't have anything untreatable wrong with her.

I've got her, and she's adorable! She seems to be completely blind in her right eye and mostly blind in her left. She's bonked into a couple things at my parents' house. (We stopped for a quick lunch before we head off to San Jose!)

She's a little skinny, but not unhealthily, and her coat is VERY smutty! She gave me kisses instantly, so she's going to make someone a wonderful furbaby!

Thinking about naming her Faith because there was A LOT of faith going around yesterday for this dearheart!

Anywho... Gotta get to San Jose! Her temporary foster mom's a'waitin'!

Oh, sing halleljuah!!!! :bounce: Michael, you are just the best ever. Will we see pics of Ms. Faith?

Wonderful news, just let me know if there is a need to get her to Vegas in the future!
