My First foster is here..pics

UGH, it's only 7:30 in the morning and I am already weeping reading all your beautiful responses.
As much as I have fallen for this little monster I know she needs a more active home with other pugs that will appreciate her spirit not just barely tolerate her.
I hope her two new sisters know what they are getting into!

Fostering for me never ever gets any easier. I immediately get soooo attached. I have a pit in my stomach thinking about Rocco leaving. I feel so guilty each time saying good-bye even though I know their forever family is going to take such good care of them. I am sad until I get that first update and then I know everything is ok.

I see my former foster Cookie a lot and she adores her Momma and that's what is so rewarding. I also get lots of updates from Stewies family and they love him more than anything and cannot imagine life without him.

You are definitely making the right choice. Trust me there will be several others that you will torture yourself about keeping and then there will be the one without a question in your mind that will stay.

It's such a good feeling when you get to meet the family.
