if a pug did have an infection how would you get rid of it? that powder stuff? or the 50/50 mixture?

If a pug had an infection I would be taking veterinary advice as to what to do. The powder Sarina referred to is prescription only if I read her post right. So one would have to get it from a vet anyway.
Prevention is better than cure, obviously, and the wrinkle cleaning ideas on here are good. But unless one already has first hand experience of home treatment, the vet has to be the first port of call for any kind of infection, in my view.
