Anyone close to Philadelphia with an epileptic Pug?

I've had a person come onto the PDE forum with a Pug that in all probability has epilepsy not PDE (thank Dog!) and I would look to hook this person up with someone for support. Anyone?

Don't know if this is helpful, but Candace has an epileptic pug, Mocha, and knows a ton about it. It's not close to home, but she's generous with her information. I can email you her email.
