A good thing to do, today

Peter the Pug is now safely in his new home. A nice little chap, black, a bit overweight. About 18 months old, I would think (no papers, somewhat uncertain history). It has been a real push to get him moved because of the weather here in the UK.
Today the sun was shining, despite the snow, and we decided to go for it. And today would have been my Daisy's 14th birthday. So it was a good thing to do, today.
