What sort of form to use??

People are going to donate items (instead of money) to our garage sale we'll be having in the future to help raise money for Polar Pug Rescue.

Isn't there a generic form of some sort I can use to write a 'receipt' in case they want to claim it as a charitable donation? Polar PUg Rescue is a non-profit organization, with a tax ID #.

Do any of you use a form? Is there anything online I can copy and change to fit?? Help!!

I'm sure you could just make something up on your computer and put your tax ID on it. When I donate to the Salvation Army, they just use one of those generic receipt books you can buy at Staples and they have their tax ID stamped on it.

That's what we do! We have a generic receipt book and we stamp our ID on it. I think Office Max had them.
