Sorry I am just getting to posting here. Been a crazy few days.

Too make a long story short Dave happened to be walking looking for her Tues afternoon. Saw a woman going into an apt building with a black pug. He went up to her and realized it was Isabel. He asked the lady where she got her and she said she paid 800 for her. Well needless to say Dave freaked out on her and said some not so nice things..lol He snatched the leash out of her hands and walked away. As walking away he turned around and yelled at her again and said yeah you paid 800 for her that is why you are letting me walk away with her and doing nothing about it.

It was a freak siting as his hope was going away and was accepting she was not coming back. He said if he would of stayed 5 more minutes at school he wouldn't of seen her. It was right at the corner of where she broke off leash. Needless to say Dave is over the moon to have his baby girl back, is taking some extra precautions now, and i truly believe he could of taken on a 500 lb man by himself to get Isabel back..lol

The NERVE of people! Not only lying about buying her, but not trying to find the owner in the first place! It would be (to me) like keeping a lost child!

Thank goodness she is back home, safe and sound now...

So glad she is back home and what luck to see her.

People are the limit, aren't they? I'd never just keep a dog that I found--especially with an ID tag on it. Unbelievable.

It is keeping a lost child. What an unhappy, unfortunate woman. As for Dave and the puggie,
