Penny's been on milk thistle for several years now. I open the capsule and mix it in with her yogurt and pumpkin and top it with kibble. She's never turned it down, but, then, she inhales her food, so I'm not sure she even tastes it.

Zoe gets a milk thistle capsule with her food twice per day since she's on such a high level of phenobarbitol for her epilepsy. Both our regular vet & the holistic vet thought it was a good idea.

Puggles was on milk thistle for her liver issues and I have started Olive on it too. I take it as well.
