Pug (maybe Chug) in Florida Kill Shelter

My friend is down in FL visiting with her Dad and Step mom and her step mom volunteers at Flagler Beach Humane Shelter. There is a pug-mix there named Frank. If you or any rescues in the area can take him please go and get this cutie!!
