Ugh, how frustrating! I hope the vet can come up with an answer pretty quickly. I have no good ideas about what it may be.

Re: Remember Matilda and the tick paralysis?
I've been trying to have a lot of patience and let Matilda be. It's so hard since she doesn't want anyone around her and I'm not used to her being in a room by herself. I've tried loving on her and carrying her to my room but she just runs away and goes back to her spot in the living room.
This mystery illness is following the pattern of the last one very closely. She was interested in breakfast this morning and ate some boiled chicken. I called her name and she got up and walked a few feet to me and let me pet her this morning. After dinner tonight, she jumped up on the couch and had an active snuggle session (she runs in circles on my lap while I love on her) and the pug fur was flying! And then she went back to her spot and has stayed there.
I'm anxious to hear the results of the tick titer this week.

Lisa, I would be going NUTS waiting for answers. If it is tick paralysis (or tick related) is there something that can be done?

I think there is for most of the tick diseases. I was just reading up on lyme disease in dogs and it sure sounds like Matilda. I stopped reading when I got to the potential for kidney damage.
On a good note, about an hour ago she came running around the corner into my bathroom and was bouncing in circles. She's been up on my bed and just stole a rawhide from Bob. Matilda is back.

At the times they are hurting or not feeling well, that is when you wish they could talk!
Hoping the she feels better soon!

So glad she's feeling better, and fingers and paws crossed that you find out what is going on!
