Sojo dog food?
I'm hoping that Lisa/Not Afraid catches this one, as I really respect her expertise. I asked the folk at Scraps (Penny's 2nd favorite place) about Honest Kitchen, and they don't carry it, they carry Sojo. It's by Sojourner Farms, and is much like HK. You rehydrate it and add the protein. It also comes in grain free. Has anyone heard of it/used it/have any comments?

I have a lot of clients that love it. Great for picky dogs.
Other than that i don't have a ton of experience with it.

Thanks. I'm wondering how it compares to HK.

Sojos is a very good food and a well respected brand. We carried a lot of their treats at P&P but didn't have room for their food. But, we would have carried it if we had more space. What I do know about them is that the majority of their food you have to add your own meat, but they did come put with a complete meal that is turkey based and grain free. My issue with Sojos (as well as HK) is that they don't offer the variety of protein sources you can get with raw or canned, and I'm a big fan of varying protein sources to get complete nutrients and reduce the chance of developing allergies.

This is why we do a combo of THK and NV medallions. I agree....they need additional types of protein. I like the NV rabbit medallions.

HK is coming out with a fish based food in a couple of months, I am excited about that!

We have a foster mom that uses Sojo's for her pugs a lot and we tried the Europa once but to be honest, I couldn't tolerate the smell of it for some reason. It just made me sick to my stomach so we stopped using it.

Thanks, Lisa and Brenda. I think I'm going to get a small bag of the grain free and give it a try with added protein.
