My first thought is a Peroxide to make her vomit ... a call to the local animal ER ... or the aspca poison line >>> but! they may charge >>>call (888) 426-4435. A $65 consultation fee may be applied to your credit card.

She would most likely have been fine without having to vomit, but why not be safe. The biggest concern with chocolate is the baking chocolate. I believe that is the toxic kind for dogs.

AMen for that..my mom just about had heart attack...She some how got locked in my parents room.We keep the over stock of goodies in there closet...Well I open the door to use the spair bathroom and there that old lady was chomping down cupcakes.I yell like she could hear me..mom was in a panic i hurried and posted..so for a 18-20 lb pug 1 tsp of salt makes them puke fast.

I don't know know why my reply didn't show up? Anyhow, I am glad that Blossom was able to right away. I didn't know about the salt having that quick of a reaction. I've only used the peroxide. This is something I will keep handy.

So glad naughty Blossom is okay
