Milo update
Well, after a few days of waiting and watching, Milo had a few huge sneezing fits this morning. He was shaking his head violently, almost like trying to get something out. Sure enough, a blade of grass appeared at the right nostril and I pulled it out! Can you believe it??? He's probably had that blade of grass there for almost a month!!! Crazy!! I'm going to see how it goes now. So, I guess it wasn't kennel cough after all. I'm just hoping there is nothing else up there.

i know! he's still sneezing right now, but i imagine that was really irritating for the poor thing. i am just hoping there's not more or something else up there. hope he can get it out by himself if there is some more grass. ugh. i hate to put him under to get it out.

Well nothing surprises me about these silly pugs. So glad he sneezed it out though. Can you just imagine surgery for something like that?

yes, he is still sneezing. part of me thinks it's just irritation, but now i'm worried that there is more than one blade of grass! why do i have to have the yorkie that snorts grass?? lol!
very good news for my credit card if we can avoid the surgery. i told him that he saved his mommy $1500 after he sneezed out that grass. let's hope that's still true...

Re: Milo update
I hope that solves the problem and that he stops sneezing soon! Would a Benadryl (or half of one, I guess, since he's such a little thing) help w/ any inflammation in there?

poor guy's been doped up on benadryl the past couple of days, since i was thinking allergies. i gave him a quarter of one this morning, so hopefully, it will help a bit. he seems to have stopped a bit now. fingers crossed that he will be feeling back to normal later this afternoon.
