Milo update #2

Milo continued sneezing since the piece of grass was removed on Wednesday, so I brought him back to the ER vet this morning. I thought he might still have something stuck up there. He was examined and still looks to be his normal, bossy little self. So, the ER vet said it's probably just residual inflammation from the grass. She said there could be more stuck up there, but didn't want to rush to a rhinoscopy. It's a long weekend here, so the scope would be very expensive compared to a regular weekday. Of course, I would do it if it were an emergency. So, more waiting. If he develops any bleeding or lethargy, I'm to take him back right away. If it continues into next week, he will need to see a specialist. So, please fingers crossed that that the sneezing will stop.

well, the sneezing seems to have stopped for now. could it really be that he's okay now??? i hope so! please continue to keep your fingers, toes, and paws crossed.

well, tonight while i was at work, he sneezed up two more blades of grass! i honestly do not know what to do with this dog. we have to limit his time outside so that he won't eat grass. he gorges himself on it and then it gets stuck up his nose. ugh!!! i will have to maybe look for a muzzle for a yorkie!

That explains the sneezing, I guess. Yep...looks like his outdoor time is going to have to change!
