VPI is awesome!

I called VPI yesterday to confirm they had received my claim that I had faxed over to them a little over a week prior. The VPI CSR informed me they received it and honored it. The check was mailed to me on Monday for all but my per incident deductible. Woooohoooo!! I just can't say enough good things about VPI. And you can't help but smile when the CSR tells you "I hope Bear is feeling better". Awwwww...

I'm glad you had a good experience with them. My recent experience with them this summer was good, too--they actually covered MORE of Wally's surgery than I expected, b/c they covered a portion of the dental.

Not to be Debbie Downer, but it hasn't been all roses with them. I have had many problems submitting follow up claims and having my deductible taken out again. I finally dealt with a supervisor and she helped me figure out how to best submit them--but like any insurance, it's still a racket in some ways. (E.g., Emmet's premiums keep going up--even though he hasn't had many claims recently, etc..)

I have been happy with VPI. They say to accumulate all the bills for one incident to best submit it. Yes, the price goes up every year because every year they get older and things are more likely to happen.

I love VPI. They have always been very fair to us and honoring our claims based on the policy we have. They are pretty quick with sending us our checks when we do have a claim. Glad to see you have been having a good experience with them.
