Phantom Puker Revealed
Well it turns out Bella was our phantom puker. Bear stayed with Jaces folks on Wednesday night in hopes of figuring out who was getting sick. Bella did not get sick in the bed on Wednesday night but threw up yellow bile Thursday morning as I was trying to get ready for work. LOVELY! She wouldn't touch her food which was a dead give away that she wasn't feeling good. Bella is my foodie pug. And up until this round of sickness she has never passed up a meal. Mid-morning update from my MIL that Bear was great with no accidents, no pukies and he ate like a champ. So when hubby gets home from work (about 330ish) and I get a text explaining that Bella had a "butt explosion" in the entryway in the basementand was punishing herself by standing in the corner until Jace removed her from said corner. Was it wrong of me to laugh a bit thinking "HAHA someone else has to clean it up!" ? I had to call hubby and explain to him how to use the steam cleaner but he managed to get it all sorted out before I got home. Bella stuck to him like glue until I got home at 530p. My MIL brought Bear home at about 630p and all has been well in the house...well for the most part. Bella was sitting up in bed at some ungodly hour last night and I woke up hubby to take her out. I thought she was going to get sick again and he promised yesterday that he would deal with any pug issues last night and this morning so I could get some sleep. I guess he was noticing the general bitchiness that comes from me not getting enough sleep and feared for his safety.
So he got up with her and took her out. When I got up with Bear at about 9 hubby and Bella were both snoring on the couch. He said she ate and hasn't gotten sick so I'm hopeful that this round of sickness is hopefully behind us. Wish us luck!

Butt explosion....
Seriously, i hope she is all better, and how nice of hubby to take care of her for a change.
Re: Phantom Puker Revealed
Well so far so good. Both puggies have ate and napped. Bella chewed on a huge rawhide bone that we've had since Christmas for a bit and she is now snoring at my feet while I'm on hold with the IRS.
BUT hopefully she's on the mend. She did drink a lot this morning too which she hadn't been doing a lot of these past few days so she is definitly showing signs of improvement. Its awful when they aren't feeling well. Thanks everyone for the well wishes.

I'm so glad that the mystery was solved, and keeping everything crossed that Bella's tummy issues are over.
