How much Coconut oil per serving?

I bought Lola some coconut oil to add to her slop, I am at a bit of a loss as to how much to give her. They are in 1000 mg capsules so maybe one a day? If I was to add it into the slop that I make that lasts 15 days could I just add 15 pills or do it daily? I couldn't find just coconut oil in a bottle.
