Hammond,LA Pug "mix" in high kill AC

I'm not 100% sure if this is a mix or not

I do know that this AC is very high kill and in the past they were very kill happy. Putting down the whole shelter as a precaution and some employees were let go because they hid the animals so they wouldn't be killed. It was on the news.
Is anyone able to take in a "mix"?

I hope someone can rescue this little guy. He doesn't look mix to me....just not well taken care of.

No, not a mix! Someone has cared enough at some stage to pay for eye surgery. I hope he can be saved really quickly!!
