Pug in Kern County AC in CA

Can anyone help or pull this poor pug from animal control? It's said he's about 4 years old and looks roughed up. Please can anyone/rescue save him?

I so wish I could help, especially that there was no reply :( I live in Dubai though - what I can do, is send positive thoughts and pray for this little puggy.

I know we get the last chance lists from Kern (we have pulled a lot of pugs from there), but usually a few other CA rescue groups also are on it. But we'll get an email from them if there is any danger of him being put down, and we haven't so far.

Thank you Saira! Poor baby. A few other people from personal emails have said they forwarded my email to rescue groups they know in CA. Hopefully between everyone, he will be taken care of. I'm sure he can use some good thoughts and prayers. =-)
