Puggy-11 year old
OMG, check out this guy, how cute is he? He came into rescue today, he is 11 years old, I'm not sure of the circumstances of why he came in, but it seemed as if they did love him.

Re: Puggy-11 year old
I was just admiring him on FB! He's adorable!! So sad that he had to lose his family at his age. I hope he finds a new family soon!

Oh, my, that face! Handsome gentleman! The Humane Society got a lot of surrenders because people were losing homes. So sad.

How handsome...but, I think he needs a visit with the furminator! lol
So sad when the family has to let them go because of financial woes!

So sad! bet his family is heartbroken. I hope he doesn't get too stressed, some senior pugs are so resilient, I hope he is one of them.
Quite the fuzzy wuzzy teddybear, isn't he? Yes I agree a few sessions with the furminator and a course of flaxseed oil to help clear the undercoat.
Is it just the photos, or does he have a paddle foot? Not sure if diet correction could help with that at this stage in his life. If he was a lot younger, I would have recommended it.
Sending good thoughts he has no hidden medical issues and finds the perfect furever home soon.

He's so cute!
How sad for the family to lose their home and their pug, that just stinks.

He looks so cuddly and sweet! I would just die if I had to give up my pugs because I didn't have a home. I would probably sleep in the car with them.
Hope this guy finds a great place to retire.

Re: Puggy-11 year old
The family was upset and was crying when they surrendered him. He isn't neutered yet so we are doing all the senior work up stuff on him to make sure he is healthy, and if he is, then we'll get him fixed. The board member who picked him up said his fur was almost like a pug/peke mix-very thick and curly and he apparently has a super long tail. He seemed to be in good spirits (although he was marking everywhere-big shocker!).
