Karen Powers from Green Mountain Pug Rescue has been working on this. She contacted us earlier this week. She's got several pug rescues in the Midwest taking 3-5 pugs each (there's way more than just the 5 pugs on the list, obviously). There's a few more that I think still a need a place to go but we have a waiting list of pugs to come in (including 4 that we just found out about at a high kill shelter - their owner died & the family dumped them there Crying or Very sad ) & we also don't have anyone available who can drive to MO to pick these pugs up.

I wish we could help.

Time to build that underground pug rescue railroad to Alaska.
