I believe it may be Midwest Minnesota Pug Rescue (www.mnmidwestpugrescue.com) I think they cover Iowa....if not they may be able to direct you to who does.

Thank you! An all breed rescue in IA contacted a volunteer with DFW Pug Rescue asking for help and she contacted me. So we're trying to get contact information for the pug rescues in the area.

I would try Lisa at Midwest Pug Rescue first. NIPRA sometimes takes pugs from Iowa too if we can find volunteers to transport them to Illinois.
