I drove to ATL and then back in pre-holiday traffic. Violet just slept and snored! Her foster mom was the best and wrote me a note from Violet. I love her like I've always had her. Baby Girl is currently giving her a stare down-this is coming from a pug who weighs 10lbs. I'll post more this weekend as I get photos of the entire family. Thanks everyone for your support.

people always ask how do you know if a pug is right for you? that says it all for me. I've fostered 3 times and didn't have that certain feeling like that dog belonged with me. oh, I missed them like hell when they were gone, but you just know. and it sounds as if this was truly meant to be. pug2 can't wait to see more pics!

I tell everyone I adopted Rupert totally sight unseen, he could have been a beast but I just knew he was for me.
You do just know if they are ment for you, I say Rupert did voo doo on me to adopt him, I was 100% certain I did not want a male, and now I could not live without him.

Donna, I was the same way with Sammy. I just fell in love with his funny little winking face on the web site and I was done for!

Congrats Jana! I look forward to hearing the stories. And of course, BG is giving her the stare down. That's her job!

I must say when I saw "black baby" I assumed you were getting a puppy and wondered if you'd had some major cerebral event we didn't know about! should have known it wouldn't be a puppy......
