Missy

Post  Saira on 1/21/2011, 10:54 am

She was being kept out in the yard (and unfixed) for who knows how long. Grrr. Anyways, when we went to spay her, our vet found out she was pregnant. We had no idea what dog the father could be (could be any dog that came into that yard!!), and it was very very early so we continued with the spay, especially since she is so little. People. Twisted Evil

The good news is, we should have a home already lined up for her with a previous adopter who recently lost their rescue pug.

she is SOOOOOOO adorable!!! I'm glad you have a home for her, and that she'll get a chance to live life as a pug should - indoors and spoiled.

She is just gorgeous. How could someone leave her outside?

It pains me to think of her pregnant. I believe your vet did the right thing. There is no sense in making her carry those puppies.

She looks young too.

Not only that, they were leaving today too, so they literally gave 1 days notice. She is young, not quite sure, we think about 2-3.

I know we've said it before, and we ask ourselves the same thing over and over again. But, I can't help it. Why, why do people get dogs and leave them outside? It still just boggles my mind, no matter how often I hear about it. Crying or Very sad

I'm so glad the planets aligned perfectly for this little girl, everything fell into place and she's off to her forever home! Great you caught the pregnancy early enough. IDIOT PREVIOUS OWNERS.

What a gorgeous girl, and what a wonderful future she is going to have now.

Let's spay and neuter people who can't treat a dog right. hair pull

One of my favorite bumper stickers says "If You Don't Want Them in the House, You Don't Really Want Them. Pets Belong Indoors."

I'm so glad little Missy wound up with your group, Saira. Her whole life is going to change for the better. Lucky little girl.

What a sweet little face! Glad you went on with the spay. It's what I'd have done.

Glad she's getting a new lease on life.
