Palladia for mast cell tumors?

Anyone heard of this? They say there's a 60% chance of regression of tumors and not forming anymore? It looks very strong though if you look at the handling instructions.

I read about it several months ago. It does have some harsh side effects. I just briefly talked to my vet about it. She had not used the product but said it did have some bad side effects and was expensive. I figured that I would only try it if I had a pug that had the more aggressive form of mast cell tumors verses just a grade 1
