There is a maybe rescue out of Boise, Idaho.
Boise is about 4 hours west of Pocatello, might be kinda out of the way for them, but it could work.
I thought I would pass the info along. I'm not sure if they are a 501c.

Thanks everyone! The pug is safe. So now that he's safe...he was one of our ours that ended up in Idaho. How, I have no idea. A couple of years ago, he somehow got out of his owner's home, she was devastated. She (and us) posted flyers, ads, checked the shelters (he was chipped)-nothing.
So...now he ends up in Idaho! He was sprung by a volunteer this morning, and his family is going to drive up and meet in Utah to get him the rest of the way. Thanks for everyone who offered to try and help, I really appreciate it!
If only pugs could talk....

Yeah, I sure wish dogs could talk! Apparently, he looks well taken care of, from what we know. Which is good. But my suspicion is something then originally took him after "finding" him since they never checked for a chip earlier. The shelter is doing a microchip clinic and are going to use him as an example of why people should!

Wow! So the original family that lost him a couple of years ago are going to get him back? They must be so happy!! I often wonder if people think about the micro-chipping when they find an animal.
