Check out these faces

These are 2 lucky boys! Their owner stood us up 3 times, and originally she had 3 pugs but the female died. We don't know how but we don't suspect good things as the last time she stood up the board member, she said it was because she took a "bunch of pills." Thank goodness they are in rescue now.

I think the are the cutest puglets! Rocky is 9. I'm a huge sucker for those teeth.

Thankfully Samson went to a foster yesterday and she said although he looks sad, he's actually a happy and extremely sweet little guy. Gets along with everyone.

It's taking us longer to find a foster for Rocky but I think we finally found one.

Yeah I just saw MAPR is closing intakes. We're pretty close to that ourselves, it'd help if we could get some of the long timers moved out!

Saira, it's not a cure all - but, we have been doing a "Rescue of the Week" promotion for the last few weeks. We feature our chosen dog on the home page of our website, and link to it on FB every day for a week. It has helped get the word out about some of the dogs we've had in rescue for a long time.

Oh, I love those snaggleteeth!!! Very adorable boys, and I'm so glad that they are safe. I wonder, too, what happened to the female, and yet I'm not sure I want to know.
