Sarge the Elderbull

Post  Saira on 7/28/2011, 7:23 pm

I don't know how many of you had followed Sarge. He was a pit bull rescued after 14 years of cruelty. At 14.5 years of age, he became a therapy dog. His "girlfriend" was a pug. He just passed away, after 2 great years with his new family, and was a great spokesperson for senior dogs and "elderbulls" in particular.

Sarge and Mary Todd Lincoln made a wonderful couple. I've been crying ever since I got the news. I'm happy that the remainder of his life he was showered with love and treated like a king. I'll miss his stories.

Such a terrific site and gives such great information on pitties/bullie breeds and the nonsense that has gone on.

RIP Sarge. See ya on the other side.

Bless his heart. I am so glad the end of his life was enriched with love. R.I.P. Sarge.
