Nothing specific yet. ashamed The short, semi-uncomplicated story is that I'm trying to work with one of our business guys at work to expand the availability of the canine cancer vaccine (currently only available in MD) that one of our companies is working on. An initial idea was to submit a letter of support, of sorts, to the vet who is now offering the vaccine to encourage him to expand his collaborations to vets in other states. Sort of an "on behalf of" type letter outlining the membership here and listing all the rescue organizations and states that are represented, etc. That explanation probably makes no sense! Laughing It's just a very small piece of the puzzle but I originally posed the question when I was working on potentially getting the vaccine to one of our members and thought such a letter may come in handy for this one particular case.

Well, having lost two pugs to cancer this year alone - I thank you for trying to make the vaccine more accessible. <----sorry, I had to do it!

I hear ya! I was just thinking the other day how much I wish this had been an option when Hoover was sick.

Amanda, can we compile a list and contact info for the rescues and make it is sticky? People may come here and need to know about rescues and how to contact them.
