Anyone near Fredericksburg, VA?

My sister just got done telling me that there is a blind pug in a no kill shelter near fredericksburg, VA. http://fburgspca.org/AdoptDog.htm
PS. My sister says the pug is very sweet, she just doesn't have the time being in school, and working as a med tech to adopt, she said she would in a heartbeat though if she had the time.

She is adorable! Penny thinks it is a good thing we are on the other side of the country, or she would have a fursister.
